A small North Texas town is facing some big controversy. Saturday evening the Combine city council decided to get rid of almost all of its police officers. Residents of the town of less than 1,800 that sits on the border between Escorts Dallas and Kaufman County say they feel safe, but after Saturday night’s council meeting, that changed.
